Well, good thing I get to join the panel now, too.
In May 2024, the 9:16 Award will be presented for the first time across 16 categories to brands and creators.
The evaluation process includes 916 votes and unique perspectives from experts in the German media industry; among them myself.
Named after the vertical format of our time, the award celebrates innovation in smartphone-first content.
A total of 16 winners will be honored across different categories, including 6 Brand Awards selected directly by the Academy, as well as 9 Creator Awards and 1 Charity Award, where community voting also plays a role.
The creator economy is still in its early stages, which makes it even more exciting to collaborate with so many talented individuals and help recognize outstanding content together.
