Talent Alone Isn’t Enough: Why Visibility Matters Early

Hidden talent starts early. There are so many young people out there with incredible potential but they struggle to show it.

Not because they lack talent.But because they don’t know how.Because they don’t get the opportunities.Because they are underestimated.

Last week, I had the chance to work with 15 Joblinge, young people eager to enter the workforce and start their careers.

And once again, I saw the same pattern:

Talent alone is not enough.

If no one sees it, if no one nurtures it, it remains invisible.

That’s why this workshop mattered. We didn’t just talk about interview techniques. We worked on confidence, perspective, and what it means to step into opportunity with self-belief.

Because sometimes the biggest barrier is not ability, but visibility.
