What a great message for today: Don't self-reject! ✨ We lowball ourselves on countless occasions by trying to do the thinking for others. What others think of you is none of your business. Your job is to show up and put your best foot forward! 💁🏾‍♀️

Editor's Note (2026): I originally shared this thought five years ago. Looking back, I realize it captured an idea that would later become a cornerstone of my work: we often become our own gatekeepers. Long before I had a name for it.
